Policies & Waivers

All escape room participants must sign a waiver before playing. Minors require a parent or guardian signature. Waivers are available at the front desk or can be completed at check-in.

Please cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee. No-shows may forfeit their deposit if applicable.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled escape room time for check-in and orientation. If you arrive late, your game time may be shortened. We cannot guarantee extensions for late arrivals.

For your safety: No running. No climbing on furniture or fixtures. No forcing locks or props. Listen to your game master. If you need help at any time, use the intercom. Our rooms are monitored for safety.

We love capturing the fun! Photos are available after your game. By participating, you consent to being photographed for our social media and website unless you notify us otherwise.

All sales are final on clearance items. Standard returns accepted within 14 days with receipt. Special orders are non-refundable. We reserve the right to refuse service. Store policies subject to change.
